Why do people like the Yamahas? They're absolute garbage. They sound thin and brittle. I don't find them revealing; instead, they're way too bright, creating unnatural excitement. The sound lacks depth and misses too much information. They're only good for a quick reference; I would never use them for mixing. From the Yamaha HS series all the way to the granddaddy NS-10s, all are fully certified garbage. I don't understand how they became a household name in the industry. There are far superior modern speakers than these

But does the Tribit have multi speaker connection? And the tribit should be compared to the Clip 5. If you put the jbl on the floor, there will be more bass than the tribit on the table. Do you know how sound travels? How to waste your money my ass

Sounds like a bean with water is my best way to describe it 🤣gutless sound. That Tribit is miles ahead even through youtube and my headphones the difference is massive. Currently this speaker is 80$ in my country after taxes. I did get one today as a gift and i like it's size but that's about it. Straight-up robbery for the price they want.

Accurate. I run mine through the 'rock' eq preset on my phone which dials back the mid lows and brightens the highs. For $350 au on sale it's pretty good value and super versatile.

What changed between the first version and second version... Better battery time. Lower/no white noice between songs.

Crazy how much better the Tribit is, over the overly priced JBL. Admittedly disappointed in JBL. I was really hoping for more considering their asking price. For what they're asking, there are so many better options out there, including in their own line up. The Encore comes to mind. The PB 120 is incredible and at the same price more or less. Not to mention the BB3 or whatever that thing is called. Don't even get me started on offerings from other companies lie WKING and TRIBIT and ANKER, just to name a few
